Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Spray both provided trays with cooking spray.
In one provided tray, combine 1 tsp. olive oil, carrots, bok choy, and soy sauce. Spread into an even layer.In second provided tray, break ground turkey into smaller pieces and spread into an even layer. -
Bake the Ground Turkey and Vegetables
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until almost no pink remains on ground turkey, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove both trays from oven. Carefully drain liquid from both trays.Add cornstarch, teriyaki, Sriracha (use less if spice-averse), and 1/4 tsp. salt to ground turkey and stir to combine. Transfer vegetables to tray with ground turkey and stir to combine. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil. -
Bake Meal and Heat Rice
Bake turkey-vegetable mixture uncovered in hot oven until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-10 minutes.
While turkey-vegetable mixture bakes, add rice, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 2 cups water to a large microwave-safe bowl. Leave at least 3” of room on top to prevent overboil.Microwave uncovered, 4 minutes.Carefully remove rice from microwave and stir. Microwave again uncovered, 2 minutes.Carefully remove rice from microwave. Rest, 5 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, top rice with turkey-vegetable mixture and garnish with wonton strips and sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
