1 Start the Bok Choy
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.Combine bok choy and half the sesame oil (reserve remaining for rice) in provided tray. Cover with foil.Bake covered in hot oven until bright green, 7-9 minutes. While bok choy bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Pork
Pat pork dry and season all over with half the garlic pepper (reserve remaining for rice). If you receive a whole tenderloin, pat dry, then slice into medallions, 3/4"-thick.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.Add pork to hot pan and cook undisturbed until browned on one side, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. After 7-9 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Push bok choy to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Transfer pork, seared-side up, to now-empty side of tray. -
3 Bake Meal, Heat Rice, and Make Sauce
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 6-8 minutes.
While meal bakes, combine rice, miso base, remaining sesame oil, 1 cup water, remaining garlic pepper, white portions of green onions, and 1/4 tsp. salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered, 4 minutes.Carefully remove rice from microwave and stir. Microwave again uncovered, 2 minutes.Combine orange pepper and teriyaki glaze in a mixing bowl.Carefully remove tray from oven and rice from microwave. Rest pork, 3 minutes. To serve, top pork with orange-teriyaki sauce, green portions of green onions, and sesame seeds. Stir rice and bok choy to combine, if desired. Bon appétit!
