  1. 1

    Prepare The Ingredients

Mince garlic Stem and mince cilantro Remove any discolored outer leaves from bok choy and trim ends. Cut into ¼" strips. Peel and halve shallot. Slice thinly. Cut mushrooms into ¼" slices.

  2. 2

    Cook The Noodles

Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook until tender, 4-6 minutes Drain noodles in a colander, rinsing with cold water. Drain again thoroughly and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook The Steak Mixture

Separate steak strips into a single layer and pat dry. Place a large non-sick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil Add steak strips to pan. Stir occasionally until no pink remains and steak strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean. Make a cornstarch slurry. In the same pan over medium high heat, add 1 tsp olive oil, bok choy stems, mushrooms, and shallot. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add bok choy tops, teriyaki sauce, and garlic and cook 1 minute. Add slurry and bring to simmer. Cook until thickened, 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in steak strips. Transfer to a plate. Reserve pan; wipe clean.

  4. 4

    Fry The Noodles

In the same pan over medium high heat, add 3 tsp olive oil. Add noodles and seasoning blend all at once to the hot pan and spread out evenly. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until crispy. Flip and continue to cook until crispy, 5-7 minutes. Note: it may seem like its taking a long time. For that you are correct!

    Finish The Dish
