Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using ground beef, add to a medium non-stick pan over medium heat. Break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground turkey, add to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Start the Risotto
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging.
In provided tray, combine cream base, Bolognese, garlic salt, cream cheese, rice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.Add 2 Tbsp. water and stir to combine. Spread into an even layer. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven until heated through, 12-15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. -
2 Add the Cheese and Peas
Add peas and Parmesan to tray and stir to combine. Spread into an even layer.
Top evenly with mozzarella. Tray will be hot! Use caution. -
3 Finish the Meal
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until risotto is bubbling and cheese is melted, 15-20 minutes.
While meal bakes, coarsely crush crackers.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, top risotto with crackers and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
