Who's excited for piles of dishes that stretch from floor to ceiling? Anybody...anybody....Bueller...? Hey, no problem! These one pot (or pan), four-serving meals are made with you in mind. We designed them for family taste buds (even picky eaters), so it's all the fresh ingredients and delicious flavors you expect from Home Chef, but simplified to require just one pot or pan. No more hours amongst the suds; one pot, one pan, one happy family!

You Will Need
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Start the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/4"-thick fries and pat dry. Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 4 tsp. olive oil and 1/4 tsp. salt. Spread into an even layer.
Roast in hot oven, 15 minutes.Fries will finish roasting in a later step.While fries roast, continue recipe.
Prepare the Ingredients
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.
In a mixing bowl, combine aioli, bacon, and green portions of green onions.Halve cheese slices diagonally.In another mixing bowl, combine turkey, white portions of green onions, panko, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form mixture into four equally-sized oval-shaped loaves.
Add the Meatloaves
After 15 minutes, remove baking sheet from oven. Carefully flip fries and push to one side. Baking sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
Top fries with tomato seasoning and Parmesan.Place meatloaves on now-empty side of baking sheet. Top loaves evenly with bacon aioli and cheese slices.
Finish the Meatloaves and Fries
Roast again in hot oven until fries have browned and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, serving comeback sauce on the side for dipping fries. Bon appétit!
