Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Cook the Turkey
Heat 1 tsp. olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Break up turkey until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.Transfer turkey to a plate. Keep pan over medium-high heat. -
2 Cook the Broccoli
Add 2 tsp. olive oil and broccoli to hot pan. Stir occasionally until beginning to get tender, 2-3 minutes.
Add 3 Tbsp. water and a pinch of salt. Cover, and cook until tender, 2-3 minutes. -
3 Make the Sauce
Uncover, and stir in crushed tomatoes, softened cream cheese, tomato paste, garlic salt, pasta, and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, remove from burner and stir in turkey. -
4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with red pepper flakes (to taste) and grated cheese. Bon appétit!
