Prepare The Ingredients
Peel, trim, and cut carrot into 1/2" pieces

Start The Meal
In a clean slow cooker, combine carrots, garlic salt, and crushed tomatoes. Top with chicken, 1/2 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper.
Turn slow cooker on to low heat. Cover, and cook until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 4 hours. -
Add Ingredients
After 3 1/2 hours, stir in spinach, cream cheese, beans, and tortellini.
