Weeknight Italian Sausage Lasagna

Contains: Milk, Wheat
Ask any cartoon fat cat: Lasagna is one of the most delicious dinners around. But it’s a lot of work: layering all the noodles, making cheese mixtures, and monitoring it carefully in the oven, making sure it doesn't burn. We eliminated much of the work, but none of the flavor, in making this lasagna skillet. Fierce Italian sausage, healthy spinach, and two types of cheese are all mixed in with classic noodles and sauce, resulting in a skillet that's filling enough for the fattest cat around. (But don't give it to him… this is your dinner!) Tip: Make quick work of mincing garlic by smashing the whole clove with the side of your chef's knife. Then rock the knife back and forth, keeping the tip steady by resting your other hand over the top.
