Make The Salad
Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Trim woody ends off asparagus and cut into 1” lengths. Combine asparagus, basil pesto, lemon juice, and garlic oil in a bowl until completely combined. Let sit for 2 minutes.
Place spring mix, carrots, and asparagus mixture in a bowl and toss. Garnish with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
