    Make the Salad

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.

    Halve tomatoes.

    Place chicken and fig preserves in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until warm, 1-2 minutes.

    Place spinach, chicken mixture, and tomatoes in a bowl and toss with vinaigrette. Garnish salad with walnuts and cheese. Bon appétit!
