If using ahi tuna, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 1 and 2, grilling until tuna reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-5 minutes per side. Tuna is often enjoyed medium-rare (pink in the middle). For medium-rare, cook 1-2 minutes per side. Consuming raw or undercooked tuna may increase your risk for food-borne illness.

If using filets mignon, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 1 and 2, grilling until filets reach minimum internal temperature, 5-8 minutes per side. Rest, 3 minutes.

Prepare the Chicken
Spray grill with cooking spray and heat grill to medium heat. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Pat chicken dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. -
Grill the Meal
Place chicken on hot grill and cook until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.
Remove chicken from grill. -
Finish the Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine vinaigrette, spring mix, bacon, and blue cheese (to taste).
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with balsamic glaze and walnuts. Bon appétit! -
For a Rainy Day...
If cooking indoors, thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Pat chicken dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken breasts to hot pan, and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from burner. Remove chicken to a plate. In a mixing bowl, combine dressing, spring mix, bacon, and blue cheese (to taste). Follow same instructions as grilling for plating.
