If using ahi tuna, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 1 and 2, grilling until tuna reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-5 minutes per side. Tuna is often enjoyed medium-rare (pink in the middle). For medium-rare, cook 1-2 minutes per side. Consuming raw or undercooked tuna may increase your risk for food-borne illness.
If using filets mignon, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 1 and 2, grilling until filets reach minimum internal temperature, 5-8 minutes per side. Rest, 3 minutes.
Prepare the Chicken
Spray grill with cooking spray and heat grill to medium heat. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Pat chicken dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Grill the Meal
Place chicken on hot grill and cook until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.
Remove chicken from grill.

In a mixing bowl, combine vinaigrette, spring mix, bacon, and blue cheese (to taste).
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with balsamic glaze and walnuts. Bon appétit!
