- 1½ fl. oz. Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
- 1 oz. Spring Mix

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Ingredients
In provided tray, combine corn, cream base, cheese, 1/4 tsp. pepper, and ranch seasoning. Push to one side of tray.
Drain brisket and separate slices.Combine brisket and half the BBQ sauce (reserve remaining for flatbreads) in empty side of tray. -
2 Bake the Creamed Corn and Brisket
Cover tray with foil.
Bake covered in hot oven until creamed corn is bubbling and brisket is heated through, 25-30 minutes.Carefully remove from oven and stir creamed corn until well-combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.While creamed corn and brisket bake, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Flatbreads and Finish Meal
Heat flatbreads to your preference using a toaster or microwave.
Alternatively, place flatbreads directly on rack in hot oven. Toast until lightly browned, 5-7 minutes.To serve, fill flatbread with remaining BBQ sauce, brisket, spring mix, then dressing. Garnish creamed corn with crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!
