Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Bake the Chicken Mixture
Pat chicken dry. Combine chicken, corn, barbeque seasoning (use less if spice-averse), 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray.
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 16-20 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While chicken mixture bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Make the Slaw
In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix and dressing. Set aside.

3 Warm Tortillas and Finish Meal
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel. If tortillas come folded, keep folded.
Microwave until heated through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave.To serve, fill tortillas with chicken mixture, slaw, cheese, and crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!
