1 Start the Green Beans
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Trim green beans, if necessary. In provided tray, combine green beans, 1 Tbsp. water, and 2 tsp. olive oil. Spread into an even layer. Cover with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 20 minutes. While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko, ricotta, garlic pepper, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Form meat mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.
After 20 minutes, carefully remove from oven and drain any excess liquid from tray. Add bacon, potato seasoning, and a pinch of salt to green beans. Stir to combine and push to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place meatloaves in now-empty side of tray. -
3 Bake Meal and Heat Sauce
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 23-28 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine cheese spread, mustard, and 1 tsp. water.Microwave uncovered until warmed through, 15-30 seconds.Carefully remove sauce from microwave and tray from oven. Stir sauce to combine. If too thick, add water, 1 tsp. at a time, as needed. To serve, top meatloaf with sauce. Bon appétit!
