Before You Cook

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Halve tomatoes. Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle. Keep white and green portions separate.

    Cook the Beef

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and generously coat with cooking spray. Add ground beef, seasoning blend, white portions of green onions, tomatoes, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Cook, breaking up meat, until no pink remains, 4-6 minutes. Drain fat from pan, if desired.

    Finish the Skillet

    Add cream to pan and bring to a simmer. Once simmering, stir occasionally until slightly thickened, 2-3 minutes. Add cheese and stir until melted, 30-60 seconds. Stir in pasta and ¼ tsp. salt. Cook until warmed through, 1-2 minutes.
