You Will Need

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Large Non-Stick Pan

Before You Cook

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Quarter tomatoes. Halve and peel onion. Slice halves into thin strips. Separate steak strips into a single layer and pat dry. Season with ¼ tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.

    Cook the Steak

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add steak strips and onion to hot pan. Stir occasionally until no pink remains in steak and onions are softened, 4-6 minutes. Add ¼ cup water, seasoning blend, and demi-glace. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Once simmering, cook until slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.

    Warm the Tortillas

    Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave, 30 seconds.
