You Will Need
Large Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Halve and peel onion. Slice halves into thin strips.
Separate steak strips into a single layer and pat dry. Season with ¼ tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.
Cook the Steak
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add steak strips and onion to hot pan. Stir occasionally until no pink remains in steak and onions are softened, 4-6 minutes.
Add ¼ cup water, seasoning blend, and demi-glace. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Once simmering, cook until slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.
Warm the Tortillas
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave, 30 seconds.
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, filling tortillas with steak strips and garnishing with blue cheese (to taste) and tomatoes. Bon appétit!
