If using chicken breasts, follow same instructions as pork in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.
-
If using sirloin, follow same instructions as pork in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until sirloin reaches minimum internal temperature, 15-18 minutes. Rest at least 3 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine green beans, tomatoes, 1 tsp. olive oil, and seasoned salt in provided tray. Spread into a single layer. Cover with foil. Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes.
-
2 Add the Pork Chops
Carefully remove tray from oven. Push green beans to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Pat pork chops dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place pork chops in empty side of tray. Top evenly with blue cheese and bacon.
-
3 Bake the Dish
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-18 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Rest at least 3 minutes. Taste Buffalo sauce. Garnish pork chops with Buffalo sauce (to taste). Bon appétit!
