Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken breasts to hot pan and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from burner. Tent chicken with foil. While chicken cooks, prepare ingredients.

2 Prepare the Ingredients
Peel and halve shallot. Cut into ¼" slices. Coarsely crush croutons.

3 Cook the Green Beans
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add green beans and shallot and stir often until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes. Add garlic salt and 2 Tbsp. water and stir occasionally until green beans are tender and water is evaporated, 5-7 minutes. If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes Remove from burner.

4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with dressing, green beans with Parmesan, and entire dish with croutons. Bon appétit!
