Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Mix potatoes, corn, 2 tsp. olive oil, seasoning blend, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Spread into an even layer on one side of tray.Place chicken in empty side of tray.If using pork chops or steaks, follow same instructions. -
Add the Seasoning and Topping
Top chicken breasts evenly on cream cheese. Top chicken with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.

Bake the Dish
Bake in hot oven until cheese is melted and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
If using pork chops or steaks, bake in hot oven until cheese is melted and protein reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 25-30 minutes.Carefully remove from oven and top potatoes with crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!
