Prepare The Ingredients
Peel and halve shallot. Slice thinly.

Cook The Pork
"Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add 1 tsp. olive oil, ground pork, and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan.Break up meat until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees , 5-7 minutes. " -
Add Vegetables
Add broccoli, shallot, and a pinch of salt and pepper to pan. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 4-5 minutes.
Add peas, garlic salt, tomato paste, and 1/4 cup water and bring to a simmer. -
Add Sauce
Stir in bolognese sauce until completely combined. Top dish with cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes.
