Large Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Prepare the Ingredients
Peel, trim, and cut carrot into ½" slices on an angle.
Start the Meal
In a clean slow cooker, combine carrot, pearl onions, chicken demi-glace, ½ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Top with chicken and seasoning blend.
Turn slow cooker on to high heat. Cover, and cook until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 4 hours.
Cook the Gnocchi
After 3½ hours, stir cream cheese and peas into slow cooker. Cover, and keep cooking.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Working in batches if necessary, add gnocchi to hot pan and flip often until heated through, 7-9 minutes.
Remove from burner.
Finish the Dish
Stir in gnocchi and butter to fully cooked dish. Rest, 5 minutes.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
