Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Stem kale and coarsely chop.

    Cook The Chicken

    Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add diced chicken to hot pan and stir occasionally until chicken browns and reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes." Transfer to a plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.

    Add Ingredients

    In the same pan over medium high heat, add 2 tsp olive oil, mushrooms, kale, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally., Add cream cheese, demi, and ½ cup water until completely combined. Bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and add chicken to pan.

    Heat The RIce and Finish The Dish

    Remove rice from packaging. Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl with 2 Tbsp. water. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave until warm, 2 minutes. Fluff rice with a fork. Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
