Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Assemble The Dish

    Add rice, 1 cup of water, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper to the pan. Stir to combine.

    Top with broccoli and buttermilk dill seasoning.

    Add chicken and a pinch of salt and pepper to the pan. Spread mustard and mayo evenly on chicken. Top with panko, bacon, and cheese.

    Roast in a hot oven until rice is cooked and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 28-30 minutes.
