Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine cauliflower, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt in provided tray. Push to one side of tray. Top with Parmesan and Swiss cheese. -
2 Add the Chicken
Place chicken in empty side of tray. Top chicken with stroganoff sauce.
If using pork chops, follow same instructions. -
3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until cauliflower is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
If using pork chops, bake uncovered in hot oven until cauliflower is tender and pork chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 25-30 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Rest chicken, 5 minutes. Top cauliflower with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
