Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using sliced pork, separate into a single layer and pat dry. Follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 1 and 2, baking uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 10-15 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Pat chicken dry. Combine mushrooms, chicken, zucchini, seasoning blend, and 2 tsp. olive oil in provided tray.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 12-15 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Stir in pasta, cream base, demi-glace, cream cheese, and a pinch of salt. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes. Bake again uncovered in hot oven until cream cheese has softened and pasta and sauce are heated through, 5-6 minutes.

    Finish the Meal

    Carefully remove from oven. Stir in sour cream until combined. Garnish meal with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
