Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

1 Microwave
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add dice poblanos to one side of the provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until peppers soften, 3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add cheese sauce, pesto, 1/4 tsp salt,1/2 of the cheddar jack and pasta. mix well until all is incorperated. Break up brisket and add to the empty side of the tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until brisket is heated through, 3 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. stir pasta. Plate as pictured, topping pasta with remaining cheese, brisket, chipotle crema, bbq, crispy onions and cilantro. Bon appétit!

2 Oven
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add dice poblanos to one side of the provided tray. Cover tray with tin foil. Bake until peppers soften, 15 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Add cheese sauce, pesto, 1/4 tsp salt,1/2 of the cheddar jack and pasta. Mix well until all is incorperated. Break up brisket and add to the empty side of the tray. Cover tray with tin foil. Bake until brisket is heated through, 10 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. stir pasta. Plate as pictured, topping pasta with remaining cheese, brisket, chipotle crema, bbq, crispy onions and cilantro. Bon appétit!
