Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Customize It Instructions

If using ground beef, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat. Break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground turkey, cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Prepare the Pasta and Spinach
Using hands, tear spinach into smaller pieces.
In provided tray, combine spinach, pasta, and 2 tsp. olive oil. Spread into an even layer. Cover tray with foil. -
2 Start Meal and Add Sauce
Bake covered in hot oven until spinach wilts, 8-10 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Add onion salt, cream cheese, Bolognese sauce, and half the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) to tray. Stir to combine. Spread into an even layer. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.Cover tray with foil. -
3 Finish Meal and Make Herbed Ricotta
Bake again covered in hot oven until pasta is heated through, 13-18 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a mixing bowl, combine ricotta and chimichurri seasoning (to taste). Set aside.Carefully remove tray from oven. Add 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper to tray and stir to combine.To serve, top pasta with herbed ricotta (to taste). Garnish with remaining shredded cheese. Bon appétit!
