To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine corn, zucchini, and seasoning blend in provided tray. Push to one side and top with butter.
Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and place in empty side of tray. Top with a pinch of salt, mayonnaise, crispy jalapeños (use less if spice-averse), and cheese.
If using steak or pork chops, follow same instructions.
Finish the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
If using steak or pork chops, bake uncovered in hot oven until steak reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 16-20 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Rest chicken, at least 5 minutes. Bon appétit!
