combine orzo, 1 ½ cup of watre, ¼ tsp salt, pinch of pepper into the cooking tin.
add cherry tomatoes.
add chicken breast to dish.
season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
crumble flavored cheese spread and top chicken.
bake for 20-22 minutes.
carefully remove chicken.
spread melted cheese over chicken.
spread pesto over top of cheese.
top chicken with crispy onion.
finish and plating
add butter and half of parm to orzo.
mix until creamy.
finish orzo with remaining Parmesan.
