Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using 16 oz shrimp, follow same instructions as 8 oz. shrimp

If using shredded chicken, follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, cooking until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature,, 10-12 minutes.

If using steak strips, follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, cooking until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 18-22 minutes.

If using whole chicken breasts, pat dry and, on a separate cutting board, cut into 1" dice. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, cooking until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 18-22 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Massage rice in bag to break up any clumps.Combine rice, beans, corn, 1 tsp. olive oil, and seasoning blend in provided tray. Spread into an even layer on one side of tray. -
Add the Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry.
Add sauce to empty side of tray. Top with shrimp and a pinch of salt and pepper. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir sour cream into sauce until combined. Garnish entire meal with cheese. Bon appétit!
