1 Microwave Instructions
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry. Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands.In provided tray, combine broccoli, 2 tsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until broccoli is tender, 4-6 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Add minced garlic and lemon basil, a pinch of pepper, cream base, 1/4 cup water, crème fraîche, pasta, shrimp, 1/4 tsp. salt, red pepper flakes (use less if spice-averse), lemon juice, and half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish). Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until heated through, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir to combine.To serve, top pasta with remaining cheese. Bon appétit! -
