To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Make the Dish

    If using microwave: Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add pasta, cream base, marinara, roasted red peppers, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to provided tray and thoroughly combine. Top with chicken and mozzarella. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until dish is heated through, 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Top with Parmesan and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit! If using oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add pasta, cream base, marinara, roasted red peppers, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to provided tray and thoroughly combine. Top with chicken and mozzarella. Cover tray with foil. Place tray on baking sheet and bake covered in hot oven until dish is heated through, 12-15 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Top with Parmesan and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
