If using steak strips, follow same instructions.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1/4" slices.
Coarsely chop cilantro.Zest and halve lime. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half.Mince garlic.Pat sliced pork dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Season all over with fiesta seasoning and a pinch of salt. -
2 Start the Filling
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add bell peppers to hot pan. Stir occasionally until slightly tender, 3-5 minutes. -
3 Finish the Filling
Add sliced pork to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes.
Add garlic and half the salsa (to taste; reserve remaining for garnish). Stir often until garlic is fragrant, 1-2 minutes.Stir in cream cheese and shredded cheese until combined, 30-60 seconds.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes. -
4 Air Fry the Flautas
Place tortillas on a clean, flat work surface. Evenly divide filling among tortillas, placing on one half. Tuck one tortilla end under filling and roll tightly, placing seam-side down.
To use an air fryer, place flautas in basket, seam-side down, in an even layer. Gently spray with cooking spray. Air fry at 375 degrees until golden-brown, 9-11 minutes.Carefully remove basket.No air fryer? Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil. Place flautas seam-side down on prepared baking sheet. Bake in hot oven until crispy and golden, 10-15 minutes, flipping once halfway through.While flautas cook, continue recipe. -
5 Make Cilantro Salsa and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine cilantro, remaining salsa (to taste), a pinch of lime zest (to taste), 1 tsp. lime juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, serving cilantro salsa on the side for dipping. Squeeze lime wedges over flautas to taste. Bon appétit!
