Meat lovers! Cook proteins before making sauce (use the same large non-stick pan over medium-high heat, no need to wipe clean). If using shrimp, pat dry and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook with 2 tsp. olive oil until shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side. If using ground beef, combine with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Break up meat until no pink remains and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes. Stir proteins into sauce in step 4.
