Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Mix green beans, garlic salt, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray until beans are coated. Spread into an even layer. Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

2 Add the Chicken
Carefully, remove tray from oven. Stir green beans and push to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Combine mayonnaise and caramelized onion jam in a mixing bowl. Pat chicken dry, and add to empty side of tray. Top evenly with a pinch of salt and pepper, caramelized onion-mayonnaise mixture, then cheese.

3 Bake the Dish
Bake again uncovered until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 23-28 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Remove chicken to a plate and rest, 3 minutes. Carefully drain excess liquid from tray. Stir demi-glace, butter, and half the black pepper into tray until butter is melted. Taste, and add more black pepper if desired. Garnish green beans with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
