Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Lay root veg medley in a single layer in provided tray. Drizzle with 2 tsp olive oil and season with adobo plus pepper seasoning. Bake in hot oven till veg becomes fork tender, 18-20 min.

Pat pork chops dry, and season with ¼ tsp of salt and pepper on both sides. Carefully move veg to 1 side of the tray and add pork chops. Top pork chops with broken butter crackers and roasted garlic butter.
bake and finish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pork chop reaches a minimum internal temperature of 140 degrees, 10-12 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Remove pork chops from tray and rest for 3 min. Bon Appetit!
