Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely chop red peppers.
Peel and mince shallot. -
2 Crisp the Gnocchi
Line a plate with paper towels.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.Add gnocchi to hot pan and stir occasionally until tender and golden-brown, 5-7 minutes.Remove from burner. Transfer gnocchi to towel-lined plate.While gnocchi crisps, continue recipe. -
3 Start the Sauce
Place another medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add shallots, red peppers, piri piri seasoning (to taste), and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until vegetables are tender, 3-4 minutes. -
4 Finish Sauce and Finish Dish
Add cream base, 1/4 cup water, peas, harissa (to taste), and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, stir occasionally, 2 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, serving gnocchi with sauce (stirring gnocchi into sauce, if desired) and garnishing with cheese and almonds. Bon appétit!
