To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground turkey, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.

1 Roast the Fries
Cut potatoes into ¼" fries and pat dry.
Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven until lightly browned, 25-30 minutes, tossing fries halfway through.Remove from oven and toss with half the buttermilk-dill seasoning (reserve remaining for sauce) and cheese.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare Ingredients and Make Sauce
Core tomato and cut into 1/2" rounds.
Stem and mince dill. Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.In a mixing bowl, combine tzatziki sauce, half the dill (reserve remaining for beef), and green portions of green onions. Set aside. -
3 Form the Patties
In another mixing bowl, mix ground beef, remaining buttermilk dill seasoning, remaining dill, white portions of green onions, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper until completely combined.
Form mixture into two equally-sized patties, about 5" in diameter. -
4 Cook the Patties
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add patties to hot, dry pan.Cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.Remove from burner. -
5 Toast Buns, Toss Arugula, and Finish Dish
Heat buns to your preference using a toaster or microwave. Alternatively, place buns directly on oven rack in hot oven, cut side up. Toast until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes.
In another mixing bowl, combine arugula and 1 tsp. olive oil.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, spreading sauce on bottom bun. Top bottom bun with patty, tomatoes, arugula, and top bun. Bon appétit!
