    Make the Salad

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.

    Trim cucumber and slice into 1/4" rounds.

    Place chicken and pesto in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until warm, 1-2 minutes.

    Place spinach, chicken mixture, banana peppers, and cucumbers in a bowl and toss with dressing. Garnish with feta and crispy chickpeas. Bon appétit!
