    Make the Sandwich

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.

    Halve French roll, if necessary.

    Halve cheese.

    Microwave steak strips until warm, 1-2 minutes. Combine steak and fajita seasoning.

    Top bottom roll half with steak, cheese, arugula, and tortilla strips. Spread green chili aioli on top roll half (to taste). Bon appétit!
