    Assemble The Dish

    Place rice, black beans, onions, chipotle seasoning, ¼ tsp salt, a pinch of pepper, chicken base, and 1 cup of water. Stir to combine. Top with steaks, ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Top steaks with jack cheese. Roast in a hot oven until rice in tender and steaks reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees, 22-24 minutes. Top rice mixture with sour cream and steaks with guacamole and tortilla strips.
