If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

If using filets mignon, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Start the Bean Salad
Trim green beans and cut into 1" pieces.
Drain and rinse cannellini beans in a colander/strainer.In a microwave-safe bowl, combine green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Microwave uncovered until green beans are bright green and fork-tender, 4-5 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Evenly top green beans with cannellini beans. Microwave again uncovered until cannellini beans are heated through, 1-2 minutes.While bean salad microwaves, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare Ingredients and Finish Bean Salad
Trim and thinly slice green onions.
Halve lemon lengthwise. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half.After 1-2 minutes, carefully remove bowl from microwave. Stir in 1 tsp. lemon juice, pesto, green onions, half the garlic pepper (reserve remaining for crema), and a pinch of salt and pepper until combined. Place bowl in fridge and let chill, 10 minutes.While bean salad chills, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with garlic and parsley seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.Add chicken to hot pan. Cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Remove from burner.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Make Crema and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine creme fraiche, remaining garlic pepper, a pinch of salt, and 1 Tbsp. water.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with crema. Squeeze lemon wedges over dish to taste. Bon appétit!
