To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Cook, skin-side up first, in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Spray provided tray with cooking spray.
In prepared tray, combine cream base, cheese, ranch seasoning, and pasta. Push to one side.Pat pork medallions dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Place pork medallions in empty side of tray and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil.Cover pasta side of tray with foil. -
2 Bake the Meal
Bake half-covered (pasta covered, pork uncovered) in hot oven until pasta is heated through and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 14-16 minutes.
Medallion thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner medallion, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven. Uncover pasta and drain any excess liquid. Tray will be hot! Use caution. Stir pasta to combine.Rest pork, 3 minutes.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Green Beans, Make Crema, and Finish Meal
Trim green beans, if necessary.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine green beans and 2 Tbsp. water. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until tender, 6-8 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and drain any excess liquid. Bowl will be hot! Use caution.Stir in softened butter, a pinch of salt, and garlic pepper until combined.While green beans microwave, in a mixing bowl, combine dressing, creme fraiche, and lemon juice.To serve, top pork medallions with crema. Bon appétit!
