1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine green beans and apples in provided tray. Spread into a single layer. Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.
-
2 Make the Meatballs
While vegetables cook, finely crush crackers. Combine ground pork, bacon, ⅓ the mayonnaise (reserve remaining for sauce), crushed crackers, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl. Form into six equally-sized meatballs. Carefully remove tray from oven. Push apples and green beans to one side and top with seasoning blend, ½ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Place meatballs in empty side of tray.
-
3 Finish the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 35-45 minutes. While meal bakes, rinse bowl clean. In rinsed bowl, combine remaining mayonnaise, *honey, and Dijon. Carefully remove from oven. Rest meal, 3 minutes. Garnish meatballs with sauce and crispy onions*. Bon appétit!
