1 Microwave Instructions
Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.
Divide pasta, marinara, bolognese, and onion salt between both provided trays. Top trays with spinach in an even layer.Cover trays with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until spinach is wilted and pasta is heated through, 3-4 minutes per tray.Carefully remove trays from microwave. Stir both trays until spinach is combined. Top both trays evenly with ricotta, Parmesan, and mozzarella.Microwave again uncovered until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes per tray.Carefully remove trays from microwave.To serve, garnish with red pepper flakes (to taste). 2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.

Bake again uncovered in hot oven until cheese is melted, 6-8 minutes.Carefully remove trays from oven.To serve, garnish with red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
