Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine potatoes, corn, and seasoning blend in provided tray until vegetables are evenly coated. -
2 Add the Chicken
Add diced chicken in a single layer. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and season with 1/4 tsp. salt.
Sprinkle chicken evenly with cheese and bacon.If using whole chicken breasts, cut into 1/2" dice and follow same instructions. -
3 Finish the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-23 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Rest chicken at least 5 minutes. Top with sour cream and crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!
