Customize It Instructions

  • If using chicken breasts, pat dry, and on a clean cutting board, cut into 1” dice. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

  • If using steak strips, pat dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until steak strips reach minimum internal temperature, 13-15 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

  1. 1

    Start the Vegetables

Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Prick tomatoes with a fork.

In provided tray, combine tomatoes, pepper and onion mix, 1 tsp. olive oil, half the chimichurri seasoning (reserve remaining for shrimp), and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Bake uncovered in hot oven until tomatoes begin to release their juices and peppers and onions become slightly tender, 8-10 minutes.

Remove tray from oven. Carefully drain excess liquid from tray. Push vegetables to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

  2. 2

    Add the Shrimp

    Drain shrimp thoroughly. Pat dry.

Add shrimp to now-empty side of tray. Toss with 1 tsp. olive oil and remaining chimichurri seasoning.

  3. 3

    Bake the Meal

Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp turn pink and reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 12-16 minutes.

Bake flatbreads, directly on oven rack, in hot oven until lightly browned, 5-7 minutes.

While meal bakes, cut lemon into wedges.

Carefully remove tray and flatbreads from oven. Drain excess liquid from tray. Tray will be hot! Use caution.

To serve, top flatbreads with vegetables, shrimp, tzatziki, and cheese. Squeeze lemon wedges over to taste. Bon appétit!
