A note about serious food allergies

Neither the pesto nor the pork are “mini” in this dish; in fact, they combine to provide perfect flavors. It's the flatbreads that are mini, and fun! Size doesn't matter to yumminess. Tip: To remove the core of a tomato, carefully make a circle with your knife around the stem, then remove circle.

Customize It Instructions

  • If using 20 oz. sliced pork, follow same instructions as 10 oz. sliced pork, working in batches if necessary.

  • If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as sliced pork in Step 1, breaking up until burger is heated through, 4-6 minutes.

  • If using Italian sausage, remove from casing, if necessary. Follow same instructions as sliced pork in Step 1, breaking up until no pink remains and sausage reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

  • If using steak strips, follow same instructions as sliced pork in Step 1, stirring occasionally until no pink remains and steak strips reach minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

  1. 1

    Cook Pork and Prepare Tomato

Separate sliced pork into a single layer and pat dry. Season all over with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.

Add sliced pork to hot pan and stir occasionally until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

While pork cooks, core tomato and cut into 1/4" rounds.

  2. 2

    Par-Broil the Flatbreads

Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet, flat-side up.

Place baking sheet under hot broiler and broil until beginning to brown around edges, 1-2 minutes.

Don't text and broil! Keep an eye on oven as flatbreads may burn easily under broiler.

    Carefully remove from oven.

  3. 3

    Assemble and Broil the Pizzas

Carefully flip flatbreads. Top evenly with half the mozzarella, tomatoes, and pork. Flatbreads will be hot! Use a utensil. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.

Place under hot broiler and broil again until cheese has melted, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

  4. 4

    Finish the Dish

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pizzas with pesto and garnishing with Parmesan. Halve pizzas, if desired. Bon appétit!
