Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Add steak strips to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Stir occasionally until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Start the Shrimp and Vegetables
Pat shrimp dry.
In provided tray, combine tomatoes, zucchini, shrimp, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Spread into an even layer. If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions.Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp begin to turn pink, 8-10 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Shrimp will finish cooking in a later step. -
2 Add the Pasta
Stir in pasta, pesto, cream base, and garlic salt. Spread into an even layer.
Top with panko and red pepper flakes (use less if spice-averse), then spray with cooking spray. -
3 Finish the Meal
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until pasta is heated through, panko is golden-brown, and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 10-15 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.To serve, garnish pasta with cheese. Bon appétit!
