Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using 20 oz. ground turkey, follow same instructions as 10 oz., working in batches if necessary.

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using ground beef or Impossible burger, break up until protein reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.

Prepare Ingredients and Make Dressing Mixture
Hold romaine heart at root end and chop coarsely.
Trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate.In a mixing bowl, combine sesame dressing and garlic sesame sauce. Set aside. -
Cook the Turkey
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add ground turkey, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.Stir in sweet chili sauce and sambal (to taste).Remove from burner.While turkey cooks, continue recipe. -
Assemble the Salad
In another mixing bowl, combine romaine, cabbage, white portions of green onions, and half the dressing mixture (to taste; reserve remaining for garnish). Gently toss to evenly coat. Set aside.
